Zoom integration

In short

Schedule meetings and read recordings, participants and summaries. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Zoom through Sapilon without ever holding a Zoom credential.

Lets your app schedule, update and read the connected user’s Zoom meetings, and read cloud recordings, past participants and AI Companion meeting summaries.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Zoom, sign in to Zoom and allow access. Under Advanced you can use your own Zoom OAuth app instead of Sapilon’s.

  • Meetings are created as the user who connected.
  • Sapilon’s own Zoom app is being registered. Until it is, Advanced → Bring your own OAuth app connects today.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • GET /users/me
  • GET|POST /users/me/meetings
  • GET|PATCH /meetings/*
  • GET /users/me/recordings
  • GET /meetings/*/recordings
  • GET /meetings/*/meeting_summary
  • GET /past_meetings/*/participants

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('zoom', …); paths are relative to https://api.zoom.us/v2.

  • GET|POST /users/me/meetings — list (query: { type: 'upcoming' }) or schedule. Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/users/me/meetings', body: { topic: 'Intro call', type: 2, start_time: '2026-10-21T10:00:00', timezone: 'Europe/Amsterdam', duration: 30 } } → join_url.
  • GET|PATCH /meetings/{id} — read or reschedule.
  • GET /users/me/recordings (query: { from: '2026-10-01', to: '2026-10-15' }), GET /meetings/{uuid}/recordings — download_urls.
  • GET /meetings/{uuid}/meeting_summary — AI Companion summary, when it was on.
  • GET /past_meetings/{uuid}/participants.

A meeting UUID that starts with / or contains // must be URL-encoded twice. Deleting is not allowed.
