Gift cards
In short
A Sapilon gift card adds its full amount to your organisation’s wallet in one step: open Billing, choose Redeem gift card and paste the code, or follow the link in the email. It has no cash value and works once.
Sapilon sometimes gives credit as a gift card: to make up for a problem, to say thank you, or
at an event. A gift card arrives by email with a code like K7QD-AB12-CD34-EF50.
Applying it
- From the email: choose Apply it to your wallet. Sign in (or sign up and set up your organisation first) and the Billing page opens with the code already filled in.
- By hand: open Billing, choose Redeem gift card and paste the code. Case, spaces and hyphens don’t matter.
The whole amount goes into your organisation’s wallet at once, and appears in the history as Gift card with the code’s last four characters.
The rules
- A code works once, for one organisation. Applying it twice to the same organisation does nothing the second time.
- It has no cash value and can’t be refunded or exchanged.
- It may have an expiry date, shown in the email.
- If the card’s currency differs from your organisation’s, it is converted at the current exchange rate when you apply it, and the history shows the rate used.
If it doesn’t work

| Too many attempts | Several wrong codes in a row; wait the time shown and try again. |
