Fireflies integration

In short

Read meeting transcripts, summaries and action items. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Fireflies through Sapilon without ever holding a Fireflies.ai credential.

Lets your app list recorded meetings and read their transcripts, summaries, action items and attendees.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Fireflies and fill in:

  • API key — app.fireflies.ai → Integrations → Fireflies API → copy the key.

Sapilon checks the key with the provider before it saves it, and stores it encrypted; it is never shown again.

  • The app sees the meetings of the user whose key you use, and those shared with them.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • POST /graphql

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('fireflies', …); paths are relative to https://api.fireflies.ai.

One endpoint, POST /graphql, with a GraphQL query and variables.

  • Recent meetings: { method: 'POST', path: '/graphql', body: { query: 'query($limit:Int){ transcripts(limit:$limit){ id title date duration participants } }', variables: { limit: 10 } } }.
  • One meeting: query($id:String!){ transcript(id:$id){ title summary { overview action_items keywords } sentences { speaker_name text start_time } } }.
  • { user { user_id email minutes_consumed } } — the account.

Errors come back with status 200 and an errors array: check it. Use queries only; mutations (uploads, deletes) are refused by Fireflies for this key’s use.
