Wallet and top-ups

In short

Sapilon runs on one prepaid wallet that AI points, AWS hosting and expert time all draw from; there is no subscription and no seats, and the balance cannot go negative.

Everything in Sapilon is paid from a single prepaid wallet. No subscription, no per-seat licence, no annual commitment.

Topping up

Top up from the billing surface at any time. New accounts start with a small credit so you can get through Design before paying anything.

The balance cannot go negative

When the wallet runs out, work stops rather than accruing a debt. That is the deliberate trade: you can never be surprised by an invoice, but you can be interrupted mid-flow if you let the balance run down.

To avoid that: set an alert threshold so you are warned before it happens, and top up before starting a long piece of work like a data-migration drill.

Watching where it goes

Usage is itemised — which project, which kind of draw, when. A project’s dashboard shows its own consumption, so “why did last week cost that much” is a question with an answer rather than an argument.

Stopping the meter

Hosting costs run while an environment exists. If a project is paused, tearing down its environment stops that draw; points are only spent when the agent actually works.
