Escalation is a feature, not a failure
Most AI tools answer everything with the same confidence, whether they should or not. Sapilon's agent is governed: when an action exceeds what your account's expertise covers, it refuses to guess. It rolls the change back, explains itself, and offers to put the decision in front of a qualified human.
That refusal only works if a human is actually reachable. The experts ecosystem is the receiving end: a network of verified specialists who turn a blocked agent into an unblocked one, usually without ever opening your project.

Hands-on work runs under a scoped, time-limited project access grant. It names the project and the expert, expires on its own, and revoking it is one click.

The agent stops itself
When a change is above the account’s declared expertise (a schema change on a live system, an unusual dependency, a security judgement), the governed gate blocks it. Changes are rolled back and the intent is captured as a task.

You forward it
You pick an expertise area, never a person. Sapilon routes the task to a verified human with that expertise who is available to take it.

The expert reads a brief
An AI-generated review brief carries everything needed to decide: what you asked, what the agent was about to do, why it was blocked, and where the project stands. Most reviews need no access to your project at all.

You get a verdict
The expert decides: approve, approve with changes, reject, or ask for more information. Reasoning is required for everything except a plain approve, so you always know why.

Your agent resumes
The verdict lands in your chat as a “Response from Expert” step. An approval clears the gate exactly once, for exactly the captured action. A rejection feeds the reasoning back to the agent so it proposes an alternative.
A decision, in writing, from a person
Every verdict comes back with the expert's reasoning attached, rendered right in your chat. And an approval is narrow by construction: it clears the gate once, for exactly the action that was reviewed. A materially different action blocks again. An expert saying yes never becomes a blanket elevation of what the AI may do.
