About

Software should grow safely over years, not demos.

Sapilon exists because AI can dramatically cut the cost and time of building software. But unmanaged AI creates chaos, and legacy systems stay stuck. We govern AI to fix both.

Our mission

Provide an AI-assisted platform for building, modernizing, and deploying real software systems through opinionated architectures, governed workflows, lifecycle awareness, and AWS-native infrastructure.

What we believe

  • Software is a lifecycle, not a prompt.
  • AI must be constrained, observable, and reversible.
  • Infrastructure is part of the product.
  • Developers stay in control.
  • Non-technical users deserve real collaboration, not illusions.

What Sapilon is

  • A managed software factory and modernization engine.
  • AI-assisted, but architecture-aware: the AI works inside an opinionated structure.
  • AWS-native and production-oriented from the first commit.

What Sapilon is not

  • A vibe-coding toy that optimizes for the demo.
  • A drag-and-drop UI builder.
  • A replacement for your editor: it complements the tools developers already use.

Where we sit

Between AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) and no-code platforms (AppSheet, Webflow), and neither. Sapilon is a software factory and modernization engine, not a code generator.

Where we are

Made with care in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Platform data lives in AWS regions in the European Union by default, and the software we build for you runs in your own AWS account, wherever you choose to run it.
