Become a Sapilon expert
Bring your engineering judgement to real client work: review blocked decisions, unblock projects, and get paid for it.
What you'll do
Sapilon's AI agent escalates the decisions it isn't qualified to make on its own: a risky schema change, an unusual dependency, a judgement call on a live project. As an expert, you review the agent's proposed action with full context and decide: approve, approve with changes, or reject with your reasoning. Some reviews call for hands-on work in the project itself, scoped and time-limited to that engagement.
How engagement works
Work is async-first; no scheduled calls required. You're notified when a review matching your declared expertise comes in, and you can pick it up on your own time. Every review or hands-on session is paid, priced transparently against the same rates published on our experts page.
Verification
Every applicant is reviewed before taking on client work; we verify your declared expertise and background.
Verification currently takes up to 6 months.

Working through the marketplace is governed by the Marketplace Terms and, for experts, a separate expert agreement accepted during onboarding.
