Salesloft integration

In short

Read and add people, add them to cadences, log notes. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Salesloft through Sapilon without ever holding a Salesloft credential.

Lets your app search, create and update people and accounts in Salesloft, add people to cadences, read logged emails and calls, and add notes.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Salesloft and fill in:

  • API key — Salesloft → Settings → Your Applications → API Keys → Create New.

Sapilon checks the key with the provider before it saves it, and stores it encrypted; it is never shown again.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • GET /me
  • GET|POST /people
  • GET|PUT /people/*
  • GET /accounts
  • GET /cadences
  • POST /cadence_memberships
  • GET /activities/emails
  • GET /activities/calls
  • POST /notes

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('salesloft', …); paths are relative to https://api.salesloft.com/v2.

  • GET|POST /people — search (query: { email_addresses: 'sara@acme.com' }) or create (body: { email_address, first_name, last_name, account_id }). GET|PUT /people/{id}.
  • GET /accounts — query: { domain: 'acme.com' }.
  • GET /cadences; POST /cadence_memberships — body: { person_id, cadence_id }.
  • GET /activities/emails, GET /activities/calls — query: { 'person_id[]': '42' }.
  • POST /notes — body: { content: 'Asked for pricing', associated_with_type: 'person', associated_with_id: 42 }.
  • GET /me.

Deleting is not allowed.
